Do We Really Love The Lord

John 14:23-27

“If a man love me, he will keep my words.”

Just this portion of scripture separates the doers from the not doers of God’s Word. Jesus makes it very clear that these are not His words but they are the words of our Father God. Doing God’s Word is what allows us to have the peace that Jesus gives.

Think about it and have a great day worshipping the Lord.

We Have Not Received The Spirit Of The World But The Holy Spirit Who Is From God

1 Corinthians 2:1-16

Paul is speaking to us through this portion of scripture about things being revealed to us by the Spirit and not by the spirit of the world.

The world definitely wants to reveal things to us that are not of God and will pull us away from God.

God’s Spirit will lead us to the pure things of God. We must be determined.

Be determined to have a good day.

Be faithful!

That I May Know Him

Philippians 3:10-21

“That I may know Him”.
How well do we really know Christ? Maybe it is something we should meditate on and ask ourselves, “How well do I really know Christ, my Jesus, my Lord and Savior, the one that shed His blood for me?”

It demands an answer.

Be faithful!

Listen For His Voice

Romans 6:1-23
(See Amplified Bible)

Verse 14 “For sin shall not have dominion over you.”

We must remove ourselves from the premises where sin is prevalent. The Holy Spirit wants to help us but we must be yielded to His leadership. We will listen for His voice and He will warn us.

Be faithful!

Inspect Your Armor

Ephesians 6:10-18

It has been a while since we have inspected our armor so today we need to do it. Inspection is a necessary precaution. That may be the reason why we are being hit with so many fiery darts of the wicked. We may be surprised with what we find.

Have a good and safe day.

Be faithful!
